Early-Bird pricing ends on 16 October 2026.
But there’s another deadline that matters just as much:
Delegate numbers are capped.
The AADA Study Tour has a limited allocation and, once those places are filled, registrations will close.
So if NADA Show Orlando is part of your 2027 plans, waiting until the deadline may mean missing out altogether.
From 16-20 February 2027, the AADA Study Tour will bring Australian dealers and automotive leaders together in Orlando for five days built around the world’s premier automotive retail event.
NADA Show brings together dealers, manufacturers, industry leaders, technology providers and suppliers from around the world to explore the ideas, challenges and opportunities shaping automotive retail.
The AADA Study Tour adds a professionally coordinated Australian delegation, exclusive events, international networking and dedicated on-ground support.
The AADA Study Tour package includes:
• Four nights’ accommodation at Hilton Orlando
• International Member Affiliate NADA Show Badge
• Access to the NADA education program and Expo
• NADA’s Welcome Reception at Universal Epic Universe
• International Dealer Exchange
• Exclusive AADA Welcome Drinks
• AADA Australia Party
• Dedicated AADA tour hosts throughout
• Networking with Australian and international industry peers
• Membership in the unofficial AADA Study Tour club – repeat offenders always welcome
There are two good reasons not to leave this decision until later.
First, Early-Bird pricing ends Friday, 16 October 2026.
More importantly, the delegation itself is capped.
Once the available Study Tour places are allocated, that’s it.
International travel, accommodation and internal approvals also become harder to organise the closer February gets. Booking early means securing your place while giving yourself more time to organise the rest.
The current Early-Bird On-Ground Package is US$4,950 per person.
Early-Bird pricing ends 16 October 2026.
Delegate numbers are limited and registrations may close earlier if the allocation is filled.
If you’re planning to join the AADA delegation in Orlando, now is the time to secure your place.
