Organiser 

E business Media Pty Limited is the organiser of the AADA Study Tour to NADA Show 2027 (Organiser).

Study Tour Program Dates: 

16 – 20 February 2027.

These Terms and Conditions reflect the Organiser’s approach to minimising risk and facilitating a successful AADA Study Tour to NADA Show 2027.

1. General

a) References to “delegate” in this document refer to all classes of registrations including members, non-members and sponsors.

b) Delegates accept that the Organiser reserves the right to change the schedule of events and venues.

c) The Organiser and Delegates acknowledge that where applicable that they are bound by the terms & conditions for NADA Show 2027 Attendee Registration and preferred Housing as offered in the Organiser’s Registration Package.

d) The Organiser reserves the right to, at its sole discretion; restrict participation in study tour and related events/activities.

e) The Organiser does not provide travel insurance and recommends the individual to make their own arrangements.

f) Program content is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organiser or their agents. 

g) The Organiser reserves the right to pass on any resulting cost changes to registered delegates.

2. Bookings and Payment

a) All prices are quoted in USD and converted to AUD at the prevailing exchange rate at time of invoicing, as determined by the Organiser’s financial institution.

b) Delegates will be invoiced in Australian Dollars.

c) Bookings before 30 September 2026, 5:00pm AEST: 25% deposit invoiced at time of booking; balance due within 14 days of registration.

d) Bookings on or after 30 September 2026, 5:00pm AEST: Full payment due immediately upon invoicing.

e) Payment of invoices for the study tour and related activities including all functions must be strictly paid by the due dates. If payment is not received, admission on the study tour and its activities may be refused.

f) The Organiser will accept payments via Electronic Funds Transfers and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa and AMEX).

g) Debits to your credit card will appear as ‘E Business Media Pty Limited’ on your statement.

h) Credit card payments incur a merchant service fee, as set by the relevant financial institution, where applicable..

i) Delegates may not share a booking without prior written approval from the Organiser.

3. Changes and Cancellation

a) All change or cancellation requests must be made to the Organiser in writing via email to vanessa@aadaconvention.com.au.

b) Substitute delegates or name changes will be accepted at no additional cost up until 5 February 2026. Name changes must be advised by email to vanessa@aadaconvention.com.au with full details of the replacement person including name, title, phone number and email address.

c) Cancellation penalties apply from 1 December 2026 onward. Penalty amounts vary based on proximity to departure date and vendor cancellation terms, and may be up to 100% of the total package cost.

e) The Organiser accepts no liability for personal travel arrangements such as airline tickets, schedule changes, declined Visa application, and cancellations.
